We aim to provide a retreat experience for 10 Chicana healers, providers, and caretakers and support them in reconnecting to our raíces with the help of Tonantzin, la Madre Tierra, using a mind, body, spirit approach that centers Mexica ancestral wisdom en comunidad de mujerxs.

We view “healers, providers, and caretakers” as anyone in the role of helping support, care for, or is in service of helping guide others to heal and grow—this includes, but is not limited to, mental health providers, teachers, nurses, doctors, body workers, counselors, and parents.
